I would love to travel.

Usually the idea to go see the world

But when I'm really on board in it...

I still can't believe he's been to KL and I've met him!

This is a long overdue post.

I've been so busy this month,

I didn't have the time to edit the photos.

Trust me...

I love watching and listening to Sungha Jung.

He's a talented Korean boy in playing fingerstyle guitar.

Mad skills when he's just merely 10!

Watching his videos in youtube feels like you'd watch him grow.

Great performance :)

He's so grown up in real life!

And quite good in english too.

The only thing that spoiled the whole show

are the huge-ass speakers they put right in front of the stage!

I've complained about it to Guitar Store to take note of that.

Hopefully we'll get better show experience next time.

Mission POSSIBLE with GSC Maxx

It's this freakin HUGE! no wait... MORE than this freakin huge!

It's been a busy week for me and I really need a little break. And suddenly I got invited to watch MI4 at GSC Maxx! Now I've never really been to GSC Maxx before and what everyone kept telling me was that the screen is bigger.

And bigger means better, right? Hahaha

I was happily chattering with my friends while walking along and the first moment I step into the cinema... man, this is HUGE! The whole hall, the screen and rows and rows of seats.

Maxxnificient!

So we found our seats and hey! This seat has a bouncy effect when you lean back :D For a moment I thought am I breaking the chair? Damn that burger and fries! But no, that's not it.

I still can have my burger and fries! Teehee!

Next, I got my eyes fixed on the screen. That huge screen smack right in front of my eyes. Crisp clear images play across it. Even my friend said it felt like watching HD back home. The screen is just awesome. Though people who got the front rows might really find it overwhelming, but I guess it's still awesome! The screen is really great.

Love it big and clear :)

Surely when you get to see Tom Cruise climbing the tallest building in the world, you just gotta have the biggest clear screen in Malaysia!

MI4 is good :) Nah, not really gonna put spoilers here. Go watch it, cinema worthy movie!

One thing I do notice throughout the movie are the sound. I can hear the background sound from there and Tom Cruise talking here. Crystal clear. Sort of gives the effect I'm in the movie.

They usually say the smaller the place, the better the sound system. Then I'll say this is real good sound system for such a huge place! There's a part in the movie where there's a sandstorm.

The surround sound really surround you IN the sandstorm. Clear sandy sound effect!

Who needs 3D now??

I'm hearing myself in the movie!

Thus, my first experience in GSC Maxx is great :) Maxxnificient place. Maxxnifying movie experience.

Definitely great cinema for those huge movies or action-pack movies!

And as Terminator would put it...

It's mid autumn festival today. It used to be a happy day. Family gathering and good food, lanterns and candles. We would play at the playground opposite our aunt's house with the cousins.

I haven't seen them for years... Even if I do, it's not the same anymore.

It's weird why this would happen to the christian side of the family. Such a shame. And disappointment.

So it's just us little small family and a friend tonight. At least the friend would feel nice to have a 'family' to be with during this festival.

Perhaps giving warm to others would be much more meaningful than to receive :)

But no doubt, I do miss my own cousin family...

It's funny how God knows what's best for you.

For the past week I've been very down.

Having some low confident issues.

Friendship thingy issues.

Self issues.

All it takes was a simple long-time-no-see friend msn chat.

As she told me how discourage she is,

I told her don't worry.

As long as you love what you're doing.

What the world tells you doesn't matter.

And she said,

"You're very positive. I like you."

Funny how I could encourage others but myself.

As I reflected on what I said.

Why do I care so much?

It was a normal lunch like any other week days.

A lady came up to me and my colleagues saying,
"Don't worry, I'm not selling things."
Then she grab a chair straight, sat beside us and start talking.

The usual help the special children, what they need.

Show us her IC and certificate.

And as usual, we shook our head and say no, sorry not interested.
She proceed to say "why? you don't want to do charity? good work?"

In my mind I thought,
'Wow. Not a matter I do charity or not. I just chose not to do it with you that randomly go around outside asking donations whether you're real or fake"

She kept asking my colleague, since he answer he did charity.

Where? Help there can help here also! (so demanding and persisting)

We continue shook our head and say no thank you.

She gave us a sort of 'dark face', like angry + unhappy

and turn away...

What the...??!

Okay I understand you probably had a bad day.

Lots of rejections and discourage.

Still... that's no way to treat people.

It is by logic understanding that

of course people don't trust random person that comes asking for money.

Be it that you're for real or fake or donation or rob.

You're still... random.

Perhaps it's time for these people to change their approach?

And even though you thought her boyfriend was a chump and a jerk, you assured her that it was all ok and she shouldn’t worry about it. This is for that time she interrupted the best killing spree you’d ever orchestrated in GTA3 to rant about a rumor that romantically linked her and the guy she thinks is the most repulsive person in the world. And even though you thought it was immature and you had nothing against the guy, you paused the game for two hours and helped her concoct a counter-rumor to spread around the floor. This is also for that time she didn’t have a date, so after numerous vows that there was nothing “serious” between the two of you, she dragged you to a party where you knew nobody, the beer was awful, and she flirted shamelessly with you, justifying each fit of reckless teasing by announcing to everyone: “oh, but we’re just friends!” And even though you were invited purely as a symbolic warm body for her ego, you went anyways. Because you’re nice like that.

The nice guys don’t often get credit where credit is due. And perhaps more disturbing, the nice guys don’t seem to get laid as often as they should. And I wish I could logically explain this trend, but I can’t. From what I have observed on campus and what I have learned from talking to friends at other schools and in the workplace, the only conclusion I can form is that many girls are just illogical, manipulative bitches. Many of them claim they just want to date a nice guy, but when presented with such a specimen, they say irrational, confusing things such as “oh, he’s too nice to date” or “he would be a good boyfriend but he’s not for me” or “he already puts up with so much from me, I couldn’t possibly ask him out!” or the most frustrating of all: “no, it would ruin our friendship.” Yet, they continue to lament the lack of datable men in the world, and they expect their too-nice-to-date male friends to sympathize and apologize for the men that are jerks. Sorry, guys, girls like that are beyond my ability to fathom. I can’t figure out why the connection breaks down between what they say (I want a nice guy!) and what they do (I’m going to sleep with this complete ass now!). But one thing I can do, is say that the nice-guy-finishes-last phenomenon doesn’t last forever. There are definitely many girls who grow out of that train of thought and realize they should be dating the nice guys, not taking them for granted. The tricky part is finding those girls, and even trickier, finding the ones that are single.

So, until those girls are found, I propose a toast to all the nice guys. You know who you are, and I know you’re sick of hearing yourself described as ubiquitously nice. But the truth of the matter is, the world needs your patience in the department store, your holding open of doors, your party escorting services, your propensity to be a sucker for a pretty smile. For all the crazy, inane, absurd things you tolerate, for all the situations where you are the faceless, nameless hero, my accolades, my acknowledgement, and my gratitude go out to you. Today I sort of saved a kitten.
It came mewing at my house's porch.
Mom and dad were angry at it for daring to come to the house.
Mom said, "Faster take the hot water and splash it!"
I quickly went out to shoo it away.
It hides under the car reluctant to go away.
I made noises and stomp on the floor to scared it away.
It went out and but still reluctant to run away.
I took the hose and spray a little water to chase it away.
Anything better than having hot water poured over it.
Animals feels pain too.
Though they might simply poop around and makes annoying sound,
there is no right to abuse them.
What's the difference between you and those horrible people that abuse maids with hot water, iron and beating?

I always find myself running.
Chasing.
Trying.
And as I run, I look at the people around.
They always did it so easily.
4 years ago while I was still in college,
I try hard to keep up with my classmates.
I'm always out of breath and barely get a decent result.
I was angry at myself.
I was disappointed at myself.
I wrote on a piece of A4 paper,
'YOU HAVE NO TALENT
SO WORK HARDER!!'
and stick in on my computer so every time I'm back from class,
it's there to remind me.

Years passed, and I thought maybe it's just not right for me.
Things will go better for me in other places.

Yesterday at cellgroup, a lesson about balance was taught.
Balance in life.
Of family, work, church, friends, partner and many more.

I watched this video few years ago. I cried then.

In the video I saw...
what God has done for us. Of beautiful creations with love for us.
what sin has done to us. Lure us away secretly. Dragging us further and further away.
Feeling lost and empty, a realization of sin came and we try to struggle back with all might.
And He died on the cross washing all the sin away, so that we might have a chance to be with Him once again.

Few years passed by...

And again I watched this video tonight. I cried the same.

In the video I saw...
Of all the struggle we're going through. Be it sinful or not.
The 'balance' that we seek so much that we sometimes end up 'addicted' to it.
At the end, there's only one way, one truth, one light.
The purpose that God has for us. The one goal.

Maybe for this Good Friday and Easter day, let us ponder and think.
What has Jesus died on the cross for you...?
If He were to be there blocking away the 'things/sins' from you, what would it be...?

As action speaks louder than words/thoughts, let us make a move in our life today.

Typica 豆原 has always been my to-go list as it's well known to serve fine handmade coffee and not to mention, awesome mille crepe cake :)

A nice cozy place tuck in a corner with bright warm sunlight shining through the glass wall. We're sort of lucky some guy were playing soft melodic pop songs on the guitar when we're there. Adds on the soothing atmosphere...

Surely a place for coffee lovers. Not the usual 3in1 coffee lovers, but really appreciate real fine coffee beans and enjoy the whole experience from the making, the scent, the aroma and taste.

Mille crepe cakes :) had the original and cheese flavor~ gotta say it's pricey though comparing to some other places like Food Foundry.

As much as I wanted to try the real handmade coffee, I got curious over those odd drinks like this Coffee with Green Tea Milk. Serve hot or cold your choice. Looks awesome but taste ain't that fancy.

Not your typical place to stare at the screen and play games, but oh well~ I would say it's a good place for a nice relaxing chat or just let time stop in your busy world.

Take a look around you and see the little joy of life.

Refresh the mind with simple beauty surrounding you.

Sometimes city people get so caught up in chasing and chasing, they forgot to slow down and stop. Surely there's more to life than just what we're dreading to face each day...

Slow down once in a while. Stop and look around. Let simple essence of life bring smile to your face. Make a coffee lip mark on that cup today...

.... is something I dreaded for years wishing Peter Pan would come save me. But it's also something I knew I had to do as I don't wish to hurt the people around me... my family... my friends... my Lord...

though many times I failed to grow up for my family, I knew I grew a strong heart for them...
though many times I failed to grow up for my friends, I knew I grew a cherishing and forgiving heart for them... ah, all those silly little argues :)
though many times I failed to grow up for God, I knew He built a home in my heart to settle in... I just need to keep this homely heart save from any harm for Him.

Shattered heart... broken bits... torn and scratches... patched and glued.

Yes, it's a little shabby... but at least it's still working.
Thank you, Lord for this strong little heart. Help me keep this heart in one piece so it could still support others. Amen.

Passing days

Days passed by... I've been bringing home work and do till late pass midnight. The quietness of the late night at home is always calm and soothing. Everyone's asleep. Music is the only thing heard.

Funny how a person like me, who's afraid of the dark to enjoy the night time so much. Maybe cause it's so precious and rare. Different and misunderstood. And not to forget, abnormal and bad for health (according to mom, thanks =='')

In busyness and troubled heart, I wish I could just dump everything aside... go to a place where time just slows down. Run my heart out chasing the wind and just waste time without worries. Don't you sometimes wish too? If you don't, may I remind you it's March already. Like... eH??!! MARCH??NOOoooOOooo~~~!!!

I can't remember when was the last time I had a good night sleep. It has always been not enough or too much. You know... the feeling that you're just not 'refresh' no matter how much rest you try to get. Ah... my heart has been longing for a nice holiday to somewhere. Where the skies are blue and air is fresh...(well, anywhere away from KL city has fresher air) But sadly, lots of 'little holidays' just can't satisfied this thirst...

Looking forward to something new... to keep feeling alive...

Some Foot Long Sausage

Pork chop with special sauce. Suppose to be chef's specialty. Quite nice, not bad. But the portion just makes u feel miserable... even for a girl, unless u're on a diet and only eats 2 piece of carrot for dinner.

Can't remember what's the name stew something? but basically this is like shepherd's pie. Beef meet bake with mashed potatoes.

And this here is my order... having a glamorous name of a sort of ham steak thingy with fried duck egg. Not much of a special... give me luncheon meat anytime :p

This year for Chinese New Year, I had a hometown to go back to. It's actually my mother's side. In detail, my mom's cousins which they treat each other like siblings. So we don't usually go there as hometown. It was always just stay back in KL.

And I've always wonder since young what it's like to have a hometown to go back to. A 'kampung' to return back to and get all nostalgic with long lost cousins and relatives looking at the 'old house'.

This is the old house everyone returns to (or more like my family came to) when there's a wedding in this family. Now that everyone is married, we never came to stay over anymore :s ahh... and the kids, they grew so fast! And there's new members coming in and already in! Can't believe I'm saying this even b4 I'm married with my own kids! Imagine if I do have! How to stop kids from growing so fast???!!

We had our dinner at a restaurant and return back to the house to light 'wishing lanterns' and firecracker :)

On this first day of chinese new year, I got 'hurt' and frowned through the morning. Not a good start at all if you ask me... but things just happen and life goes on~

being a black sheep + work stress + special case is just too much to handle a new year start ><

I'm catching on my guitar again... So far I manage to pick up sam hui's 'jui gai pak dong' again. Next now is the tango... La Cumpasita was okay, but like last time I barely able to play a quater of the whole song T.T

I GOT NO IDEA HOW LAST TIME I READ THOSE CRAZY TAUGEH NOTES!!!

sigh... I look at how Sungha Jung plays the guitar, I miss having my fingers dancing happily again on the guitar fretboard. Sometimes I do wish I came across the guitar at a younger age. The first time I hold a real guitar, I was 12 almost 13. It was a normal classical guitar my parents got for my brother. And I felt in love with it! ><

ahh... but as time passes by, maintaining these skills are hard. Practice time is lesser. Learning new songs takes longer duration. Just play for enjoyment now~

Most of my friends know I'm stupid with numbers... Usually either I can't count how much I should pay for my share of food or I'll take a long long time to slowly add and tax my own food =.='' Best is... friends would count and tell me how much to pay~ ^^''

Just now in office, we're talking about the company's finance and stuffs. Suddenly my boss ask me if I really wanna work up with Trades. How much I can return the investment and cost and stuffs and dunno how many ++ thousands and I just went @.@ blank.

Now that I think about it... really kind of scares me to run a business. The things to prepare and do and take responsibility with. It's just that... suddenly the numbers and digits are so much bigger and yet it's not really such a big sum. The biggest number of digit I can handle now is probably within the 'thousand' T.T

ahhh... things just changes so fast. I wanna stop growing up for awhile and careless for awhile :( But in the society I'm living in... I guess some things I just have to go through with it >< like learning to drive. learning new roads. graduate from college. get a steady job.

It's first day of 2011. Had a quiet and unplanned new year eve yesterday. Slept very late the night before, so next morning the moment my eyes open it's already 11:30am =.='' Whole house was empty...

Was hungry, so went out to have lunch. Try to call some friends but no one is available. So one person drive all the way to MidValley to have lunch. Walk around and look at the decorations. Wanted to buy something for myself... but nothing nice. Then Jusco to buy my favourite Takoyaki. Queue up a long line just to pay rm4.50 =='' But met a japanese family there. The little girl asked daddy if she can have the tictac. Then she try to take the orange flavour, but too far for her. So I take for her and she try to say "thank you" :)

In the end, I just had 3 balls of takoyaki for lunch and walk around alone whole day. Planned to have normal dinner with LeeTeng and Shuu. Then maybe go sit a bukit jalil hill and chit chat. But later ZseVern msg me ask go SenTsuru. So combine friends to celebrate la~! Wahahaha. We 3 person... ZseVern there 3 person also. He, ChiFei and Kylie.

After dinner, we went to Snowflake for dessert as usual. Shop was closing, so we went out and firework started already. Can only hear sound but can't see!! Sound very close. So fast fast sit car and go hunt firework. Everyone happy siao see the firework up close. Lol! And happy birthday to Shuu also^^

Went to some cafe to yamcha first, avoid jam. Played highnoon on iphone. Kena posion from ZseVern and ChiFei =.='' Had enough then everyone bye bye happy new year go home lu~~~ Sent Shuu back home... then I got lost again T.T Lucky can find my way, thanks I follow my boss go out alot. Lol!

And so... goodbye 2010. Things will never be the same without you.

- changed job from Mirageworks to Fusionwave/Toy Minister
- met 2 fellow MM same batch as my colleague. Had fun with them, bring me into photography and poison me with Danbo =.=''
- work was very different, difficult yet simple. Not sure if it's a good thing. I'm sure my DI skill drop alot. What also do. Hopefully will have a clearer career direction in 2011.

- lots of up and down. It's been 4 years and thanks for everything. Nothing is the same. May you find your passion for God's people and serve with a full heart.

- thank God my site, Trades is born and things started well. Though there's problem, but hopefully got energy to challenge and not give up to built this site.
- everyone seems to be getting more busy after college. Thanks everyone still try to gather together for movie, dinner, birthday and whatever

- i finally bought my own real iphone and ditch the fake one =.='' Life is a bliss then~
- first trip with the makan kakis had been a relaxing one. Continue to fatten each other in 2011. Babi forever ya~ XD

- glad to still keep in touch with old colleagues and freelancers. You guys spice up my life. From kidnap me for dimsum at 3am to SenTsuru mania... Nice to meet all the new friends too. Can't wait to have another crazy trip with u guys^^

It's been just another long day at work today. Didn't really have much work to rush...Sent some parcel this morning and just did some product shooting of hundred over shots ==''
Then help my boss to prepare the stuffs he need to bring to Penang tomorrow.

Became assistant already... do all sorts of odd stuffs. That's what u get for a department with 2 person. You and your boss! Not that I'm complaining~ Things get done fast and no client to deal with... so am happy and contented :)

Later on, colleagues came back from loooooong meeting. Then since we got our things done, I followed my colleague to the open field area just behind my office so find some things to shoot (photograph... not lastic ==).

The sun is setting that time so the lighting is quite nice :) And we found dandelion. Just 1 only :( Hope to find more ><
And that ends my day at work beautifully :)

It's been awhile since I blog! Lots of things had happened!
Just came back from a Cameron trip 2 days ago~
I got my naughty Danbo to play with~
Trades had been busy busy busy!
Work going here and there had me tired out by the end of day... and I miss having a nice casual lunch with my colleagues :/

If you've notice my facebook nowadays... it's flooded with Danbo's photo =='' It's like... Danbo is now following me everywhere... to work, to trips... ^^'' Been getting a little into photography, but I guess it's coz I like doing photo imaging. Ideas just flows in when I see certain photos and I'll try my best to make it more interesting :) Passion maybe?? ... nah ==''

Also I've changed CG (cell group) and joined the chinese YA (young adult) side. So far so good~ Can fit in well since I already know most of them. Hopefully things will continue well~

That's the date my Danbo arrived!! At midnight thanks to special delivery from KaiShiang. Super excited to get it coz I thought I'll have to wait till next year if I buy online. Coz only available from Japan T.T very limited too...

Danbo is short for Danboru which means cardboard in Japanese. It's also called Danboard. It's a character from the comic Yotsuba which appear in only a episode and become super famous now!! Well... thanks to photographers. Coz It's very photogenic!

At last! I'm posting on Sen Tsuru's buffet! Went there last last week after a whole day event at TOA. Super tired sial!! But hor... no food picture here coz by the time the food comes, all NOM. GONE! XD

The chef, Ah B was super super super busy that night, coz it's saturday and the whole restaurant is fully booked. I see him never stop at the sushi bar~ Jo said "How he go toilet then??" ahahaha kesian~
Finally, later in the night he's free~ so we chatted with him awhile.

Bad lawyers give shame to justice!

800 million shares for RM1 - Institute Director vs Women Lawyers of forged power of attorney involved

Lee Loong Wun filed a steady commercial High Court last month, charged two women lawyers and a friend, allegedly forged power of attorney on behalf of 1 RM for the market value of about 7 million to 8 million ringgit College shares.(Photo: Sin Chew Daily)

(Kuala Lumpur, 7 News) The One Academy College Director Lee Loong Wun filed report in Kuala Lumpur High Court suing two women lawyers, allegedly forged power of attorney attempted to use "RM1” to exchange about 800 million ringgit market value of shares of the institute.

He said the women lawyers was suspected of changing the clause from "consignment stock power of attorney" to "irrevocable Power of Attorney" (referred to as IPA), so that he will use RM1 to transfer all the shares to the woman lawyers.

Complaint also refers where the women lawyers wants the director to sign on the middle part of last page, where it is blank at that moment but later turn to become 3 lines of text stating the transfer of the shares.

Lee Loong Wun is a graphic design instructor, travel photographer, he holds 10,000 800 shares with The One Academy College, equivalent to 20% stake in the college; in Sept. 15 lawsuit filed by Solicitor Chen Siyuan; case a total of three respondent.

The complaint noted that the third respondent's friends for their friendship of 20 years, in the November 15, 2009 after the death of one of the directors who held 54 million shares (equivalent to 40% stake in School), the shares transferred to Third respondent name.

Irrevocable power of attorney power of attorney change

Lee Loong Wun said he knew the first respondent when being introduced by the third respondent’s husband, then he allow the first respondent to assist him in dealing with the shares transaction. On March 25 he received a call from the first respondent, that ‘power of attorney’ is ready, and requested him to the office to sign.

"After that the first respondent sent a letter to College, submitted the relevant documents to Secretary of to the Institute, we found that the so-called power of attorney turned into an irrevocable power of attorney (IPA), the content is transferred all the shares to first respondent with RM1. "

Pronounced IPA requested is not valid

He asked the court to pronounce the IPA were invalid and without legal effect, while the exercise of any transaction under the IPA, the same null and void, and plaintiff's identity as a shareholder shall be restored immediately.

Meanwhile, Lee Loong Wun stressed that he sign the ‘power of attorney’ under the influence of the first respondent, and that there were many forged between IPA and, in the case have denied the covenant.

He asked the court to sentence the first and third respondent to give punitive damages and general damages, is also responsible for court costs and attorneys fees.

Taste of Nostalgic

Today I went back to my secondary school coz there's this mid autumn festival thing. So just go there for a while to see see~ It's been 5 years since I graduated from there. So many things changed! They painted over so many murals. INCLUDING THE ONE DONE BY MY FRIENDS AND ME!!! #$^$%&*@(#$& T.T

Walk around and went up to my class to take a look. everything's the same except it looks older. The paint on the door painted by us is abit worn out. And there's grill doors now.

Then walk back to kantin... on the way a teacher (that i dunno) suddenly turn to me and say in chinese...

"heyy... don't wear so short~~!!"

me: " ...???? (the heck??) ohhh...."

THAT'S ALL I COULD ANSWER!!! the heck?? I graduated 5 years ago and no I'm not wearing any hot pants. It's just a normal length shorts ==''

U can't get any more nostalgic than that. Going back to school and get warning from your teacher. I wonder what's her reaction if I told her...err.. I graduated 5 years ago?

Sunny Day Rainy Day

My office is located in a nice quiet corner area.
Sometimes on nice sunny day, the cows would come out for a walk and eat some grass.

A whole bunch of them. We notice new calves are added :D

All stop work to relax and watch the cows... happy happy^^

But it's rainy season nowadays. Heavy rain almost everyday. Yesterday the whole road got flooded like a river.

And so happens on this day my car park outside that road. Saw from the window the water rising higher and higher. I quickly go rescue my car from drowning ><
So my car get flu... cough white smoke in exhaust pipe that night T.T

Thanks Cindy for letting me know about Robot Sushi's launch at Piramid. So there's this free flow sushi and drinks there. It's Malaysia Day eve anyway, so let's just go and have fun! :D

On my way to sunway, I saw some black smoke in the sky. Probably a fire at some place nearby...

First... need to have some dinner. Coz the free flow thing starts at 10pm. Yung wanted Pasta Zanmai, but I choose Zanmai Sushi instead :p ngek ngek ngek~

My amount of wasabi... just a small drop. Shuu's one too. Then LeeTeng's =='' Scary. It looks like muddy green quick sand.

Waited for Yung to arrive... Then it's time to head to Robot Sushi Bar. The place is quite crowded but still had space to squeeze in. Went in, found the free flow bar tap and got our drinks :D Then AwYong arrived too~ Didn't see this busy taiko for awhile^^ And lucky for us, we found an empty table. Yay~!

Last week, we had an 'excuse' *ehem* for celebrating Valerie's birthday (for the 2nd time) so we go MAKAN!!! So Shah suggested this place coz Val wanted italian food. And we found ourselves in KL in naked-ness coz it's Raya season~

So let the pictures do the talking. All photos from my phone coz I forgot to bring camera =='' This is what you get when ChiFei is not the photographer for the post. You get lousy photos from ME!

Main Course Menu to let you see the price range. Pasta are around RM30++.

Welcome food. Instead of the usual bread and olive oil. This is doughnut balls (without the sugariness) with sambal-looking-sauce-but-not-sambal-I-dunno-what-the-heck-but it's-good-sauce)

We ordered a Magarita pizza to share~ Though it's just plain cheese and tomato sauce, it's good~

This is my Mushrooms Risotto. Taste good. A question here: are risotto suppose to be cooked like it's not well-done, still got abit of raw texture to it. Or well cooked like our rice?
This has a slight raw texture in the risotto, but I'm fine with that~

Seafood Risotto

errr... should be some sort of seafood pasta?

Beef Lasagna. This is nice! It's very soft almost like mille crepe cake! lots of layer to it. Would have ordered it if I knew it's that good. And it's quite a big portion according to KeeHsien, coz he's damn full with it.

Aglio Olio. Very fragrant. But need salt for taste. Actually most of the food here need salt for taste. Accept for the Beef Lasagna. Not sure if they purposely made it so you can adjust the saltiness yourself. But we were given olive oil, cheese powder, salt and pepper to add on.

Slowly we ate and finish our food. The portions do keep you quite full. Most didn't want any desserts. But me and shah carry on~ Lol! Spirit of babi-ness!

Shah had an espresso coz the desserts doesn't appeal to him much.

And I had creame brulee! coz I wanted to try real good one and I'm greedy! :D It's quite sweet. So if you can't really take sweet stuffs, you better go for something else.

And here we had a complimentary Chocolate Liquor . A 'Lady's Drink' as what the lady told us. Coz it's not strong and pleasant to drink. Luv it! Really nice blend of melted chocolate with hmm..rum i guess? Rich yummy drink. While chatting awhile, I had little sips of it and then it's all gone D: I want more!!!

And so after all the good food and good chat at the place. We decided to head to another place. And A&W is the destination coz there's root beer duh~

And there's a little story. KeeHsien ordered a root beer. Shah had his own too, with fries. Then our dear Serene went to order her root beer. KeeHsien need a STRAW. He turn to Serene who's about 4 meters away and said,

"Serene, get me a STRAW"

"oh, you want with float or without?"

"huh?? no ? "

"okay!"

Then I saw Serene talk to the dude. And the dude starts to make another root beer. And I guess something wrong is happening. So yeah... we got this extra root beer with us...

Added float since already ordered...

Serene: "I heard you say 'Get me a tall one!' "
Everyone: "Get me a straw became a tall one???"

Yes! You've read the title. We're at Sen Tsuru once again! Can't have enough of it^^ I had a couple of ffk-ness during the merdeka season but good food always made up for it :) Hehehe

Our usual starters. Salmon temaki. Also the one on the right is spider temaki which is soft shell crab. Not some fried tarantula so don't worry. Lol~

Start of the course. Tako salad~ my favorite tako^^

And of course, sashimi! Just gotta have it! ReFRESHing~

Not sure what's in the middle one. Tofu? The others are soft shell crab :D Yummz!!

This is no ordinary Cawanmushi~ The taste is sooooo mmmmmmushi! And smooth eggyness that just slides into your mouth and melt on your tongue merging into your tastebud! Enough said!

And this, my friend. The strong fragrant taste will bring you to noodle heaven~~~ And if you try b4 ipoh hor fun, the noodle is as smooth as that. Perfect for a cold rainy night~

It's actually mash potato with flour, shaped in little balls and boiled. Then served with choice of sauce. This is the first time I had gnocci. Not really my kind of food :p

Yes! It's the Sen Tsuru japanese restaurant I keep telling everyone to go try coz the food is super nice nice nice~~!^^ This is my second time going there hehehe

And also of the special off-menu request :D Which means, you give a budget to the chef, tell him what u like or don't like eat and he'll ready your course of meal accordingly, with some of his specialty not found in the menu! Usually we budget ourselves to around RM200 for 3 person. But it's up to you to have it cheaper :) But what you give is what you get la~

Unique cheesy bittery taste with lemon tangyness (from the lemon u picit in) and sourish from the sauce on top of the vege all mix together in your mouth :D

Fresh boiling scallop and golden needle mushroom in bonito flake soup (i think) with buttery taste~! Drank finish what's in the shell.

Fried prawns. Ate the whole think I dunno got shell or not. Crunchy and flavourful with the mayo~

Unagi tofu~ you must pick up gently since got tofu inside. I almost break mine ==''

Finish off with dessert of either green tea, sesame or wasabi ice cream~ For first timer with an adventure taste, you should go for sesame ice cream. For normal and nice, go for green tea. And for the 'gam sei dui' ready try watever, go for wasabi! XD

I had a spoon of the wasabi ice cream. Taste the fragrant of wasabi, cold and nice in your mouth and down the throat. And you'll think, okay mah not bad.... few seconds later the effect come, spicing in your throat~~~~ wa wa wa wasabiiiii~~~!!

mom: Ya la. People come already you like still rushing taking some things.

me: My friend is 30 minutes late O.O Suppose pick me up at 8.45. He came at 9.15!

mom: then why are you still rush taking some things? if you are ready, you should be sitting at the living room waiting already.

me: you want me sit there wait for 30 minutes??

mom: if he's suppose to arrive at 8.45 you should be waiting for him at the living room at 8:30.

me: ???? coz he's abit late, so I though I wanna start prepare (mom starts to not listen anymore) some things first instead of go there to prepare...

It's been awhile since I really blog properly. Been lazy with my camera coz of battery problems =/ Days has been monotonous but little laughters here and there has been very much welcomed to break the monotone^^

Work has been much free-er now~ lol. Coz the Dweey submission is closing and closed. I've done like around 100 dweey skins =='' dweeydweeydweeydweeydweeydweeydweey Waiting for the toy fair to come and ready the exhibition stuffs. I think coming this few days I have to do factory labour work... fold boxes for the dweey vinyl toy T.T Since abit free in office... maybe I should bring dad's dslr to office to play play abit...

Trades is doing well~ and Nuffnang is great XD If you didn't know, nuffnang is a company that pays you for putting ads on your blog. But my site's traffic ain't very very good... so get a few cents la~ hahaha And thank you friends who layan me to click that ad when I kacau you to do so. Thanks thanks~^^''

Been thinking, that Trades is doing well on it's own... maybe some time later I should try selling clothes online as part time? But then again... there's already so many blogshops out there and I dunno if I'm free enough to do all those stuffs. Step by step~ see how first :)

Today I'll intro this nice little place for food hunt opened by a friend/ex-lecturer together with his girlfriend. Photos stolen from ellie and jo XD

Welcome to Poco Homemade :)

10 of us were gonna celebrate 3 June babes and since it's a little party, we've chose Poco as our location^^

It's weird having our use-to-be lecturer serving us as waiter lol! 'siu yi' (waiter in cantonese) order here! XD

Their cloth menu~ But we did it budget style. RM30 each person and they'll just serve us according to that budget la. The only thing we ordered are the drinks. Not much choices but most if not all are NICE! I had the creamy green tea^^ refreshing with milky after-taste~

Cute cloth coaster. Pink for girl. Blue for guy.

Nice small cozy environment. That's about as many table as there is. We dominate most space XD Probably noisiest there also!

Food part! It's not like extra special la coz homemade mah, but definately nice^^
I dunno what the food names are la... but guess most of you would know la~

During my whole week staying at home last week due to chicken pox... I notice something at the back alley of my house...

I went to the kitchen, I took a cup... pour some water for myself and start drinking as I look around. It feels like I've been watched.

Someone is watching me...

Something is creepily watching me...

At first it was just a quite glance out of the window at the opposite neighbour's window. I saw a figure there at lower corner.

Seems like a lady in pink clothes with long hair... probably looking at me coz i usually wasn't at home at this hour. But as I look longer... 'she' don't move... I stare abit longer more it started to freak me out!

It really really look like some angry/sad/creepy girl spirit stalking me...

I dunno about you. But when my brother was around on a saturday afternoon, I lead him to this discovery of mine. And seriously... it IS FREAKIN CREEPY. Like how King Julian from Madagascar sings about santa clause in the Christmas edition. SO CREEPY!!!

It's still there now. I kinda got use to 'her'... though I don't enjoy being watched creepily when I'm cooking/drinking....

I wonder if my dad ever notice 'her' since he always cook...?
Should I even tell?

This is what 3 years of studying art and design in TOA do to me... observation skillz!!

Too much Enid Blyton ain't good for you...

Many many weeks ago my dad came to me and say " hey hey... come. Show you something. Hehe" with happy funny smiling face.

So I follow him to his little garden sanctuary and he lead me to this tree bush. Pushed away some of the leafs and reveal this!

I've never seen a bird nest this up close b4. Close enough to actually even touch it or just put my face into it! Coz growing up reading those Enid Blyton storybooks teaches you that bird nest are ALWAYS up high in the tree! Unless you befriend with some fairy or gnome or the bird itself to lead u to it's nest in some hidden bush/field ==''
Conclusion: My dad is a fairy. Or a gnome. okay nvm..

Pushed away more leaves and there it reveals an egg and also it's brother/sister hatched out sleeping there. At this point I look around to see if it's mama is around coz if it is, I think I'll get whack and peck at for looking like some potential harmful animal at it's babies.

And every time I push away the bush which then moves the nest, the baby bird will think it's mama is back with yummies nom noms and start opening it's mouth as big as possible in a screaming position but without the screaming sound. Like... rawwwWWRRRRRRRrrrrrrrr .... sleep.... (nest moves) ... rrrraaawwWWWRRRRRRrrrrrrr..... sleep....

At this point... "sorry little birdy, I ain't gonna go find some worm chew it up and vomit it out back to feed you... wait for ur mommy kay?" *snap more photos!*

And now after many many weeks... the nest just empty. Sad and empty. Hopefully some birds will come back to nest there again since it's a nice nesting place well hidden from cats. Except for my dad the fairy/gnome and his look-potentially-harmful-animal daughter.

And so... it's chicken pox afterall. phew~ and the reason why it doesn't look like chicken pox is coz chicken pox got alot types =='' the heck... like chicken in disguise... The doctor even thought it's acne problem at first.

So I was spared from workplace for a week. Well... just the workplace, not the work though. It's one leg kick so no choice >< Kind of nice working at home. Well, depends what kind of work you do. Like staying home sewing and creating Beanipets. I guess that'll be lovely^^ (no, i'm terrible at sewing =='') But having to bring home typical office work would be blah~

Drove to office just now to get my files during lunch hour to avoid ppl. It was nice on the way, cloudy cool bright day. Ain't hurrying or rushing to any place. Reach the empty office, got my files and ciao! A colleague came back halfway though... ask me to quickly leave b4 boss came back coz he haven't had his chicken pox yet. Hahahaha (not evil laugh)

Back home boss did call on work... but ain't rushing me for it. Say take rest, tomorrow also can. ahhh~ thank God for good boss T.T

Having 2 ulcer and a pain in the throat to spoil my appetite. I'm hungry most of the time though. And quite dehydrated D: Worst is trying hard not to scratch or peel it!

What's wrong with my body suddenly???

Suffering in itches all over my body and pain on my face from evil little red skin thingy T.T

Few days ago got his weird headache... then mild fever came... then my knee scar start to have this terrible needle-like pain...then now this damn itchy thing! Nothing seems to cheer me up except doctor that can cure me out of this mess and have to wait his clinic open on monday. Oh crap...

ahhh... it's been a good day today :) Work was fine. Had a good swim and dinner. And now just to relax and get into the mood to sleep! Nowadays no mood to sleep.... sleep also need to see mood now == beh tahan~

Last long weekend has been an eventful one... but can be more eventful, just that some last minute sudden thing so I cannot be 'that' eventful lor~ :p

Was at Frim on Saturday. Initially I planned to take dad's dslr to go do some photography there... then found out dad took his dslr go out station already... char dou =='' So happens we went to the exact same spot I went during college assignment time with classmates to do photography at the small not-really-waterfall. Brings back memories and also the damn funny photo awyong 'edited'

Only awyong can be this creative and free to do this lol!

Okay~ I'm sleepy enough already to go sleep. Tomorrow wednesday lu~~ so fast half week already @.@ Sometimes I really wish time would just stop so I could take a breath and not rush rush, spend time wise, stop to take a look around, to ponder and appreciate little things. Sometimes I just wish I could just waste time doing things that doesn't matter... but as it is... it's wasting time.

So best is spending quality time with family, friends and love ones^^
